Slanted is an award-winning, biannual print magazine dedicated to international design, typography, illustration, and photography. Each issue is dedicated to a specific theme—whether it's the creative scene of a country or a typographical subject such as experimental typography or typographic fashion—and is distinguished by a layout designed specifically for each edition.

Slanted #45, entitled Sex, offers an engaged exploration of issues of gender, body, and sexuality. Conceived in collaboration with Archive Artist Publications (Munich), it draws on one of the world's most important private collections of artist publications to question visual norms related to identity and body representation. Through zines, posters, and rare editions—both historical and contemporary—this issue invites a critical look at the place given to marginalized bodies in the media. The cover, as well as four exclusive art prints included in this special edition, are signed by Guillaume Kashima. A powerful, visually striking, and deeply topical issue.
